A synchronization license is required to stream a video recording of a work on the web and social media platforms. Please inquire about obtaining a sync license. The absence of admission fees or lack of monetization of a video project does not change the types of license that is required for such usage.

Please provide all of the following information to request a synchronization license:

Title of work(s) requested

Name of licensee

Billing address, email and phone number

Brief description of project and/or intended use

Platforms (YouTube, Facebook, web site, etc.)

Target start date of the stream

Term of license (how long the video will remain available)

If you are requesting a rental quote for an orchestral work, it will help save time if you can provide all of the following information:

Title of work requested

Billing contact name, organization, and address

Shipping contact name, organization, and address (if different; cannot be a PO Box)

Your phone number

String count needed

Name of conductor

Name of orchestra

Number of performances

Performance date(s)

Date the materials are needed

Whether video synchronization is requested, and, if so:
